Text First Feedback - Great Feature!

Hi! We loved trying out the new text-first feature in GF and I just wanted to provide some feedback and ideas on it.

  1. The option to send text batches is great and I appreciated being able to ensure that everyone who received a text from us would then receive a call on our desired timeline by editing the batch size to line up with our caller schedule.

  2. The text-first option was a nice way to give prospects a heads-up that we'd be contacting them, so that they could look out for our call. Some even asked us to call them at a specific time/day, so we were able to schedule callbacks. Conversely, for prospects that didn't want to chat with us, we were able to save both them and our callers time by knowing ahead of time that they weren't interested in a call. We also had some people who engaged in full text conversations with our agents, so that was a fun and convenient change up for interested prospects and our agents.

  3. I think that this feature will be especially helpful in engaging and connecting with our young alumni. We tried the feature out with members of our class of 2021 and they were very receptive to texting us back and many appreciated the heads-up that we would be calling. I think this will also be a great feature to utilize for giving days.

  4. Adding the option for an email first campaign could be a helpful idea for the future and a way to share more information than what fits in a text message before a first call.
