It would be extremely helpful for a caller to report a result from a text conversation. For example, if a prospect responds they don't want to give, that should be reported as a Refusal but there is currently no way to report that result in GF. We can only record a donation. I know they are "completed" in regards to the play, but I don't have an accurate count of my refusals unless I keep a separate list of refusals by text.
