We would love to be able to incorporate our payment gateway (Cybersouce) reference number within any GF export files. This would save us a great deal of time in terms of manually reconciling and ensuring data quality and creating a brand new post-data load process to grab this number from our Cyber export. Our Business Office also needs this reference number for their recon and GL processes. Right now we are planning to load all GF gifts and then run a secondary process from the Cyber data to add the reference ID. This data integration was already a feature in our past telefund platform so we are kind of going backwards in processes. Having this integration would really optimize our workflow.
