Call notes generate a date on agent call log report

When we pull our agent call log report at the end of each month, it is extremely hard to tell when a call note was left. Even though each call is time stamped, the notes continue on with a prospect regardless of if the note was left on that call. When we pull the report and go through some of the demographic updates that are left in the call notes section by our callers, we could have a note that says "Prefers to be called in early January" but do not know when that note was made as it's on each line of the spreadsheet pertaining to contact made with that specific prospect. If the call notes column of the spreadsheet could be timestamped, it would help us in determining if we have already sent this information on to our demographic team or not or if the note is at all relevant anymore.
