Training & Ability to Run Test Scenarios

It would be really helpful if there was a way to set up a test campaign where we can take payments and try out BlueFin OR the new VOIP system. Right now it's really difficult to ensure that a campaign is set up properly and test the receipting process to ensure it looks right. I tried updating my info into a test campaign, but even though I selected to not wait to call again it won't put me in the queue to call, so I'm stuck. This is really frustrating.
