When an Admin needs to complete a prospect in GF, be able to attach a result code and a note to that prospect.

    This is currently a two step process because you can't enter the info in GF.

    You have to complete the prospect in GF, then go into RE and enter the code and notes. It would be much simpler in one step in GF.
