We have donors that say they will mail in their gift and do not want a pledge reminder. Currently, the agent has to add this to the call notes which land in a separate spreadsheet than gifts and pledges. So for someone to record it as a pledge and add no reminder needed, into our CRM, it requires merging 2 spreadsheets. Additionally it will have to be caught in the call notes. Just having an option to click it as an option and for it to pull into the gifts and pledge report would be highly beneficial.
