It would be cool if there was a way to message the agents or have the agents message you while in the system. The room we work in is very small and sometimes the agents have personal emergencies that they need to share with me, or if one of them in underperforming for the day I want to be able to check in with me, or whoever is working to make sure everything is okay without making a scene.

I had a girl who was making about half the calls she usually does but our space doesn't allow me to pull her aside somewhere so i had to pass her a note, but it still drew attention to her. It turned out her grandparent had passed and she didn't tell anyone but it was clearly affecting her. If I could have sent her a private message and asked if she was okay she wouldn't have had to announce it.
