Our callers have announcements at the start of every shift, but it's a verbal announcement and callers need to write down any important information to help them during the shift. Sometimes things get lost because of how they write it down or how the student supervisor shares the information.
I'd like to be able to post/send announcements to all the callers right on the Guided Fundraising platform that callers see as soon as they log in. It would also be great to have somewhere handy that they can refer back to as they make their calls.
This would work great when there are temporary or time sensitive information I'd like them to share with constituents but that doesn't need to be added to the general talking point list. For instance, a month long campaign they can promote and use as part of their ask/negotiation.
