It would be helpful if our agents/ staff could report results in the texting screen. We've gotten a lot of wrong numbers or people telling us they already donated through text and in order to report results now we have to call them and hang up really fast in order to record any results.

Some donors have asked for an emailed pledge to them through text and it would be nice if we could do all that from the text screen.
