The manager, supervisor, and administration roles should be able review and respond to text messages from the Guided Fundraising webpage. There is very little benefit in texting right now because it is so difficult to track and manage these effectively. We have to keep spreadsheets seperate from BBGF just to track a response that is different than a complete. There's no way to indicate that the person wants to opt out other than the automatic response, which is then not shared with the client so they can take prospects out of other potential texting campaigns. A person asking for a callback is even more of a pain. WE need to add them to a seperate campaign just to call them back? We should be able to add them back into calling from an administrator side. I know we avoid texting prospects until very late in the play because this is so difficult. We've even removed texting all together from many campaigns because it's so difficult to track and manage.
