Be able to view and export only the actual gifts and not the pledges. Be able to view more than 5 gifts at a time. Put phone and web gifts (not pledges) in the same report for simple export and daily reconciliation with cc processor.

Allowing agents to set up monthly gifts was an option when we were working with Stripe, now it is not that we are with BBMS.

From the admin side, I find it frustrating that I cannot view the responses to text messages that callers receive. I think this feature would be very helpful in determining next steps with a prospect.
